About the reference and its method

The Address Lighting Reference is an awareness project by The Address Group in the Sultanate of Oman. Its aim is to give homeowners an accurate, practical explanation of lighting in their own language, before they pay for fittings or gypsum work that is hard to change.

Where the content comes from

From a knowledge base the Address Lighting team built from villa projects, from real customer questions in the showroom and in messages, and from product catalogues and technical datasheets. This material was turned into guides and entries, and the numerical values were checked against international references.

Supervision and review

Content is reviewed under the supervision of Eng. Abdullah Al Balushi, founder and CEO of The Address Group, who founded Address Arch for engineering consultancy and interior design in 2016. Eng. Abdullah is a registered engineering consultant in the Sultanate of Oman and personally oversees major projects from the first consultation through to site supervision. The content is updated whenever more accurate information or a new technology appears.
